Swarna is a distinguished Business Consultant, Finance, Taxation & Insurance Specialist with over 23 years of professional experience in accounting, taxation, management consultancy, internal and external auditing, financial management, sales & marketing, education & training, and insurance & wealth management advisory across multinational companies in the Middle East, Asia Pacific & South Asia. Swarna is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting & Financial Management (B.Sc.).
Safdar Shabir Awan, FCA
Safdar is a Fellow Chartered Accountant with over 24 years of experience across Pakistan, Singapore, and Vietnam, spanning assurance, financial advisory, corporate governance, and public sector financial management. His career includes senior leadership roles as Chief Financial Officer of a major urban transit company financed by international development banks, and as a partner leading assurance and advisory services, alongside senior audit positions with a Big Four firm serving multinational clients across chemical, pharmaceutical, banking, and technology sectors. Safdar brings deep expertise in IFRS advisory and financial reporting, business valuations, feasibility studies, and Public-Private Partnership (PPP) financial modelling — including major infrastructure and renewable energy projects — and has delivered IFRS training and taught financial accounting at leading institutes for over 17 years.
Ruchika Athukorala
Ruchika is a financial industry professional with over 18 years of experience across European, Middle East and Asian regulatory frameworks, specialised in regulatory compliance, client onboarding, KYC, risk management, AML/CFT, compliance audits, sanction screening, policy and procedure writing, and regulatory business plans. Having worked across banking, insurance, wealth management and financial advisory firms, Ruchika brings both local and international experience in internal audits, licensing, regulatory inspections and statutory reporting. Holds professional qualifications from ICA, CISI, ACAMS and CII.
Deepa Jithin
Deepa brings 18 years of experience in management, financial consulting, human resource management, and wealth management across a range of industries. Her proficiency extends to assisting clients with banking services — from opening accounts to securing loans and financial advice.
